Who am I?
Married to Husband.
Mom with three kids
Retail Specialist, Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist

What do I do?
After 12 years of being a SAHM, I became a WAHM and then a full time working mom. I work at a publication company where I design two business-to-business magazines in Wisconsin and head our marketing department.

My side hustle?
I consult retail businesses in the areas of procurement, merchandising, visual presentation, website development, branding and social media marketing. I also work in economic development, mainly, business recruitment and property tracking.

A.K.A.
Jane-of-all-trades or "Jo Jo" to Husband.

Daily fix:
Starbucks, Pinterest and doing something creative, anything creative!
(DIY stuff, trying new recipes, brewing craft beer with Husband, playing with HTML...)

My online picks:
TED, Mashable, Tasteologie, Kickstarter, Fast Company

Favorite television shows:
Fixer Upper, Gilmore Girls, Glee and Shark Tank.

If I'm not busy working or being a mom, you can find me:
Flipping houses with Husband; sampling craft beer; watching Marvel movies with the family; pinning on Pinterest and renovating our lake house.

Most likely to?
Be doing my own version of carpool karaoke on my way to and from work.

I'm a stickler about:
Work life balance. I'm trying to juggle it all with the realization that I'm not juggling at all!

Something you might not know:
The blog name "As For Me And My House..." ~ Joshua 24:15. Just a reminder about my faith.

I write, therefore I blog:
I've been blogging for almost 9 years.
Because of blogging, I discovered that I was a closet techie and spent hours learning the basics of web design and development.
I started with Blogger, went to Wordpress (the free version,) left Wordpress and came back to Blogger.
I'm secretly in love with coding.
My blog is my 'house' in the blogosphere.

This blog is about all the things I love, including DIY projects, decorating and design, things I cook or bake (I call them 'eats,') photos that I take, books I read, and other geeky, techie ideas or products that thrill me.

To my knowledge there are over 126 million bloggers out there. I am just one tiny voice on the world wide web.
